Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a standard device solely when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and comes at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unlimited Top Level Domains under a single user account. This is achievable thanks to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other hosting Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use TWO autonomous user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/management options. If you opt for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Domains 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your hostnames in one hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP setups do not offer such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and as a consequence they call for 2 separate user accounts: 1 domain administration/billing/support account and 1 site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
Operating System 3 - you will find that the Hepsia Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel setups work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
